Sylvie Landra
Sylvie Landra has enjoyed working with international and Oscar awarded directors, cutting films for Istvan Szabo, Mennno Meyjes and Agnieszka Holland amongst many others. Sylvie’s passion for exploring different styles, from sci-fi to comedy, drama to documentaries and even extending to political thriller, has earned respect and recognition. Sylvie is a film editor member of ACE, BAFTA and Oscar Academy (AMPAS).
Her constant curiosity and interest for new experiences brought her to collaborate with contemporary Germany’s leading artist Tobias Rehberger. Sylvie’s editing career features four Cesar nominations, including ‘Leon (The Professional)’ and ‘The Fifth Element’. Sylvie also edited Asif Kapadia’s ‘Creature’, and reunited with him for 2024’s sobering documentary-cum-sci fi epic ‘2073’, featuring Samantha Morton.
